    You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Clothing, veils, accessories, and fabrics can be returned as long as they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
    For fabrics: we can accept returns as long as the material has not been cut or further processed.

  3. Missing Something? Let Us Know Within 3 Days
    If your order is short or something looks off, just reach out — we’ll take care of it promptly.

  4. Keep Original Packaging When Possible
    Returns go smoothly when items are sent back with their original tags, bags, or packaging.

  5. Order Number Helps Us Assist You Faster
    A receipt or order number makes it easier for us to help you quickly.

Please note the following characteristics of textile materials, which are not considered defects:
Manual measurement variation of ±5 cm.
• Thread ends, slight color variation, fabric odor, washable marks, or small edge holes.
• Fabric weight or feel differing from personal expectations.
• Minor shade variation between photos and the actual item due to lighting or screen settings.
• Color names and descriptions are general references; product photos provide the closest representation.
• Slight beads, sequins, pearls, stones or embellishment loosening during handling or shipping is normal for heavily embellished fabrics and is not considered a defect.
Color Disclaimer: Due to the dyeing process used on glass beads, ABS plastic pearls, and PVC sequins, color transfer may occur, especially with dark colors. This is a normal characteristic of the material and is not considered a quality defect.

1. Return process:

Note: if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, if you want to return it to us, you do not need to pay any return shipping fees or restocking fees to return the item. if you have any questions about to return your item, Please contact our customer service at support@loveinlace.com we are ready to help you.

2. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Where and when can i see my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal or credit/Dedit card or to the original payment method you used in our site to purchased your items within 7 days.

4. Please Note:
Wholesale orders are not returnable and not refundable.
(Orders totaling more than $300 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.)
The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. (The shipping cost we paid to send your order to you cannot be refunded.)
Customs & Import Fees are non-refundable. (Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are not collected by us and are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.)
Important Return Requirement: Please label the return invoice with "COO: China" (Country of Origin: China). If this information is missing, Chinese customs may assume the item was made in another country (such as the United States), which may result in high import taxes or customs duties. Any additional charges caused by incorrect or missing information on the return documents will be the responsibility of the sender.

5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After 7 days If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, Next contact your bank.
