Q1: Do you offer fabric or lace dyeing services?
Yes! If the color you need isn’t available on LoveInLace.com, you can send us a color reference photo. We offer custom dyeing for fabric and lace to match your preferred color. Minimum order quantity for dyeing is 3 meters or 5 yards.


Q2: Can you add beading or cording to lace fabrics or appliques?
Yes, We can customize lace trims, fabrics, and appliques with beading or cording. Estimated production time is 45–60 days.

  • Lace trims with added beading/cording: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 100 meters

  • Lace fabrics with added beading/cording: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 50 meters

  • Lace appliques with added beading/cording: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 200 pieces


Q3: Can you make lace based on my sample?
Yes, we can create embroidered lace fabrics, appliques, or lace trims based on your physical sample.

  • Embroidered lace trims: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 500 yards

  • Embroidered lace fabrics: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 100 yards

  • Embroidered lace appliques: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 600 pieces

Note: Chantilly lace and lace trims are sold as stocked only.

Q4: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes! We provide special bulk discounts. Just email us at support@loveinlace.com for a custom discount code.

Q5: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed. Please double-check all order details before completing checkout.

Q6: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package anytime using our Order Tracking page.
